My sense of wellbeing & digestion has noticeably improved after drinking Green tea for 1 year. TAKA TEA is the best quality available in Sydney. If you are not sure what to try, ask Tony his knowledge & help have been invaluable to me. My favourite is Yabukita, followed by Genmaicha. Gyokuro if i feel unwell. But trust your senses - you will notice a difference.

In the 6 months i have been drinking a variety of green teas i have lost a total of 20KG! Green tea has stabilized my blood sugar. Eliminating my hypo glycemic attacks making between meal snacking a purely optional exercise. It has also stopped me eating to regain my energy levels. This has enabled me to lose this weight while my general meal time diet has remained essentially unchanged. It's wonderful and a pleasure! ENJOY!

Since i was 5 years old i've suffered from hay fever. It gets me every year around september through to december. I started drinking Gyokuro around march 2006 and now it's january 2007 and i haven't seen any sign of my hay fever! I enjoy drinking the tea and it's and added bonus that it's helped my hay fever! Brilliant
