German Made tea thermometer. Very practical for those who make Japanese green tea. Japanese green teas need to be made using specific temperatures of water to avoid burning the leaves and making the tea bitter. Check the temperature of the water before pouring over your tea so you don't scald the delicate leaves.

Boiling water with 10% cold water should be around 70-80ºC, check with the thermometer
