Mr. Hirotsuga Sekiya has acquired the highest rank-Grade 10-at a tournament in which there is a competition over techniques to determine the relative merits of the quality of tea.  This is a tournament at which production youths and commerce and industry youths connected with the tea industry throughout Japan have gathered together since the event started in 1956.
